The Office of Tomorrow
The project aims at developing novel interfaces for collaborative workspaces, enhancing traditional face-to-face meetings. In cooperation with voestalpine Informationstechnologie GmbH and Team7, the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences is the main contributor to this project. The project started in September 2005 and will finish in September 2008.
The outcome of this project is a collaborative environment using an interactive table and interactive screens (e.g. digital flipcharts) combined with novel interaction metaphors. The first prototypes, which are presented on this website, are mostly projects developed by students of the masters course Digital Media.
